Worship

The Naples Jewish Congregation, founded in 1998, is a Reform synagogue in Naples, Florida that serves the spiritual needs of mature adults with warmth, fellowship, study, and participation in Jewish observance.  Our congregants are an extended family. We join our Rabbi, Cantorial Soloist, Music Director, and Choir for joyous Shabbat services three Fridays at 7:00 pm and one Saturday at 10:am per month.

From September through April, we hold Shabbat services every week. In May, June, July and August, we hold services on the last Friday of the month.

We observe the High Holy Days concluding with a “Break-the-Fast” following the Yom Kippur Ne’ilah service. We make the blessing of the Lulav and Etrog on Sukkot and we have an annual Purim schpiel, at which we dutifully “boo” Haman at each mention of his name. We honor the Shoa, we have a gala Passover Seder and, of course we have a popular Chanukah party.
